Contact and Contact Groups and Specific Host

I have been going over the documentation and currently I have windows.cfg with all windows servers. I am setting up contacts and I only want certain notifications to go to specific individuals. Do I have to create a separate config for those servers and then assign a contact to that group. Thanks!

I created a contact in the contact group so do I go into my windows.cfg and add the contact to the specific host so on that particular user will get a notification

Use the doc above as reference, but the most straight forward method is to create a contact group and of course add your contacts to that group. Then add that contact group to the host.
