Getting error on EMC monitoring

I am getting 1st error on EMC monitoring but Even after resetting the password it's not working. So I have run the command
./naviseccli -User svcsnstor -Password SNstor01 -Scope 0 -AddUserSecurity -Address 172.x.x.x

After that I am getting 2nd error Anyone can help to resolve this.

1st error:
Error returned from Management Server on 172.x.x.x
Authentication failed. Possible reason for failure is excessive failed authentication attempts.


2nd Error:
There was a problem!

Perhaps the Monitoring Username OR Password are incorrect.

The returned result was:


Error returned from the Management Server on 172.22.111.221
Authentication failed. Possible reasons for failure are invalid security file, invalid username, password and/or scope.

We are not able to assist with custom plugin development or 3rd party plugins. Have you check Nagios Exchange for a plugin?

Also it appears naviseccli is an EMC specific tool, you will need to get to get that working first before trying to integrate it with Nagios. Check things like permissions.
