Web site monitoring - host is critical

All of the services return green, but the host itself is listed as critical with "CRITICAL - Socket timeout after 10 seconds"

What service is used to check the host?

If you pull up the host configuration, there is probably an entry in the "check_command" field. I'm betting this doc will have what you need.
