Is there away to add an host without any check on it and not display it. I need a host for azure cloud for my maps so i can add parent child function to the host.

There isn't, but you should be able to assign check_dummy and then set $ARG1$ to 0 - this will have a dummy checking always displaying 'OK'.

But there is no way to not let it show up in host details?

Nope, there isn't. Each service has a relationship to the host, and this simply cannot be removed.
