When adding and removing sources from the web interface, the iptables rules are not updated correctly.
"iptables -nvL" output shows many duplicate entries.
I have manually removed the duplicates, but perhaps you can look at addressing this issue in the next patch.

I was able to reproduce this behavior here as well, using NNA 2.2.3 on CentOS 7.1.
