Since what you are trying to do is pretty broad, I think you should watch this presentation (https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=463) before we move forward. It will help you formulate exactly how you want to proceed rather than just throwing a plugin against the way. That particular video is only 10 minutes long, but if you find it useful, at the end it will actually link to some longer MySQL/Nagios videos.

Thank you for the answer, I am finishing of monitoring MySQL and read about differents plugins, so I wouldn't like close this thread per if I need som help later.
