Hi Team,
We want to change Notification Subjects for All users, but its only working for Nagiosadmin and one more users. I tried changing but its not working for other users.
Can i change the Notification methods for all users from back end? not from NagiosXI console.if yes then please guide me on that.

We want all Notification Alerts for all contacts like below configuration :
For Host : %type% : %host% is %hoststate%
For Services : %servicestate% : %host% : %datetime% : %service%
For Host : %type% : %host% is %hoststate%
For Services : %servicestate% : %host% : %datetime% : %service%

Please be aware of the difference between a contact and a user.

Normally a user and contact match. This is the default method and the easiest to administer. Assuming this your setup you can do this if you have the Enterprise licensing via XI > Admin > Notification Management > Set these notification messages as default for all users
If you have some notifications going out by the notify-host-by-email and notify-service-by-email then that message is controlled and formatted by the respective command in XI > Configure > CCM > _Commands
