The "Add (+)New Alert" button is greyed out for "user" accounts; therefore they are unable to create alerts.
What needs to be changed, to allow "user" access to this functionality?
*Note: Admin accounts are able to create alerts.
Thanks for your help.
Adding Alerts
Re: Adding Alerts
Those with the "User" access level are unable to create alerts. Only those with the "Admin" access level are able to create alerts. This is expected behavior, though older versions may allow Users to "attempt" to create alerts.

Re: Adding Alerts
Thank you for the quick response.
Is there a reason that users are not allowed to create alerts?
Seems like this should be something they would be able to do; without admin intervention.
We foresee some overhead issues, if we roll this out enterprise wide, and an admin will be required to take the user queries to create alerts for them.

Re: Adding Alerts
The permissions aren't granular enough currently. NLS 1.5.0 is going to include better granularity for roles.
