How can i get access to customer support forum?

The email associated with your forum account is not in our customer database. Can you PM me the email associated with your customer account (or the end of your license key). Alternatively, who did you work with from Sales?

And, if you are just asking how to start the sales process, email [email protected].

Please let us know if you have any questions or if you don't get a response from Sales

Email them with both and tell them how you want things set up (like if you want to change your forum email or if you want to remove the current email we have in our customer database).

Did you send from hotmail or your other account? I can have the check their inbox. I assume that's why you are asking, correct?

You should be good to go. If that does not appear to be the case, log out of the forums, close your browser, and then try again.
