The email associated with your forum account is not in our customer database. Can you PM me the email associated with your customer account (or the end of your license key). Alternatively, who did you work with from Sales?

Email them with both and tell them how you want things set up (like if you want to change your forum email or if you want to remove the current email we have in our customer database).
