Add Notes in the Status Information

Hi Nagios User.
I am trying to add the Notes that i added in services and in host in the Status Information Column. Is this possible ?
Someone can help me with it ?
On the other hand, is possible to add an extra column in de status.cgi web page ?

There exist macros that can be leveraged to evaluate the notes for a specific host/service object, but I don't think you would be able to integrate them into a check result's status information very fluidly:
