saving a custom multistacked graph

I've made a Multistacked Graph i'd like to keep and not build every time.

possibly even show it in other areas of nagios.

is that possible?

Yes, you'll want to create a new dashboard from the 'Dashboards' tab, then click the blue arrow in the top left of the graph you've screenshotted. This will allow you to place it on a dashboard page which you can customize.
