Hello,
Is it possible to create a performance graphs based on a plugin added to nagios. For example i have connected a service test that checks load on servers. I used a plugin check_snmp_load.pl. Is it possible to used this plugin for statistics so I could see in the performance graphs bookmark the load of the host.

It should be possible for most sorts of plugins, yes. You may need to write a configuration for PNP to know how to process the data.
