Incorrect URLs after IP address change

I am having similar issue.
Nagios configs were migrated to a DR VM, Program URL was updated to of new server. External url is empty as it is local only.
But it's showing the ip address of previous server in "Respond" & "Nagios URL". Is there any way i can edit this?

I have a few questions for you.

If you go to Admin -> Notification Management (under Users), are the alerts actually referencing the variable? On a related note, did you customize your emails at all?

What version of XI are you using? Are the two versions of XI the same?

How did you do the migration? Basically, did you use https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf or https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf ?

When you say DR, you mean Disaster Recovery, correct? I just don't want to miss something.

Does anything change if you put the local URL in the External URL option?
