Nagios XI Performance Monitoring on Windows Clients

Hey all,
We're currently thinking about looking into a Nagios XI implementation. I want to look at how Nagios XI interfaces with Grafana, and only found a few resources on it here: https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/D ... na/details
and here: https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/D ... na/details
As many of you know, Grafana is for graphing real-time data (or as close to it as possible) and this is something we'd definitely want to use moving forward. How quickly does Nagios XI do performance monitoring? Is it a process that the client reports in to Nagios? Or does the data get written when Nagios runs it's check?
Basically, is the Nagios Performance checking on Windows fast enough to get accurate/decent "real time" data for Graphana graphing (within a few seconds)?
Thanks!
