Hello Support,
The hosts configured on my NagiosXI suddenly are not appearing and my console page is grayed out. I still get status notifications about them on my email though. Find attached a screen shot of the nagiosxi landing page with specific reference to the SQL error message being displayed:

You'll want to repair the database with the following script.
If you persist to see the Incorrect file format error, then following the remaining instructions on this guide - https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... tabase.pdf - that mentions -
Code: Select all
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repair_databases.sh
Code: Select all
If you receive an error, similar to this one:
Error : Incorrect file format 'nagios_systemcommands'
error : Corrupt
you will need to execute the following command to fix the table:
