Showing multiple services on 1 chart

I have a group of snmp services monitored on a host, all the services report back the same type of information on different OID's (ie port1, port2, port3).

Is there a way to make these 4 services to appear on the same graph like download/upload does in the charts?

Using the "Graph Explorer" tool, you could build a Multistacked Performance Graph to achieve this:
