Disable notifications for a lot of contacts & contactgroups

We want disable notifications for a lot of contacts and contactgroups but not for all of them. what is your approach?

Depending on your Nagios XI version, the "Notification Management" component can do this easily. You can access it from Admin -> Notification Management:

yes, this option for all users is enable, but my meaning is for example, when the critical notify sent for a lot of users, some of them recieve that notification. why?

If you look further down that picture, there are options for individual users to chose what sort of notifications they receive. You can also choose which type of notifications get sent (CRITICAL vs RECOVERY vs UNKNOWN etc) on the host/service level. It's hard to say why some users get notifications and others don't without having an awful lot of information available to us.
