Problem access some forum links
Why can I view some forum pages but get not authorised for others?

Are you a customer? If so, please email [email protected] with your forum username and your customer email address and they will set things up for you.
If you are not a customer, then it's probably because you are trying to access the customer forums. Could you be more specific about what you are not able to access?

I am able to view some of the entries in the "https://support.nagios.com/forum" while others state that I am not authorised.
If I am not allowed to view certain entries in the forum, I wish nagios would not even display them in the search results.
I find it frustrating to see entries which might help me, only to be told I can not read them.
I am still in the trial period for nagios xi. I was told I could either get 1 hour of support or use support forum as a resource to get things up and running.

You can actually do both. The one hour is called a quickstart and you can use the General section of the forums to ask questions during the trial phase.jbursa wrote:I am still in the trial period for nagios xi.
