Nagios agent capabilities

Does the Nagios agent installed on Windows or Linux hosts have log forwarding capabilities

To clarify, Nagios as a company doesn't maintain any syslog agents (at the time of writing this). Nagios Log Server recommends rsyslog for Linux and nxlog for Windows, neither of which are projects we have any active involvement with.

Having said that, both rsyslog and nxlog can handle forwarding. You'll have to refer to each projects respective documentation for instructions on how to do that though.
