Log based alarm clearing mechanism

the Alarm clearance mechanism for the Log based alarm for which no SNMP Trap is send

below is an example for one of the alarm :

CRITICAL errors ERROR ESME ConnectionCITIC Connection to ESME failed shutting down session CRITICAL - (1 errors) - 2017-02-23 17:27:30 [16461] [1074] ERROR: [ESME Connection:CITIC#83] Connection to ESME failed shutting down session.

Sorry, I'm having a hard time understanding the issue. Are you saying you have a check that is not forwarding a SNMP trap when it goes into a non-OK state? If so, can you show us a screenshot of your Admin -> Manage Components -> SNMP Trap Sender options page please?
