this is to inform you that we found the scripts on Nagios forum ,but we need technical engineer to connect with us via remote session like WebEx in order to add the 3PAR monitoring script to current scripts in Paltel Nagios system,

please consider this request as high priority

We generally will not resort to a remote session as a first line of support. What troubles are you having specifically with the plugins? Are they giving any errors?

In addition to what tmcdonald said, it would be helpful if you reviewed our document on managing plugins in Nagios XI. It will teach you how to test plugins from the command line, and how to create new commands, and services in Nagios XI.
