Nagios web page broken after installation

Hello,

I have recently installed Nagios, however after the installation the main web page have broken links.

I saw a similar issue in the forum, which was fixed by disabling and enabling the php module, but this didn't work for me.

If someone can give any ideas it will be appreciated

What OS and Release is the server running?
Can you post the instructions that you used to install Nagios on that server?
Can you look in the Apache log files for any errors and post them here?
Usually they can be found in this folder on the server.
/var/log/httpd

OS armbian linux/based on ubuntu 16.04, kernel 3.4.113

I am wondering since it is running on linux for arm /ubuntu 16.04 maybe the install guide was not for my machine

There are a lot of changes between ubuntu 14 and 16 which could cause the issue you are having.
You can try this KB article to see if you can get it to compile and install on your ARM system.

I guess there maybe some bugs with the armbian distribution cause after i installed the php module yesterday nothing happened even after reboot, and now everything is working normally.
