Our Nagios XI Version is 2012R9,custom number:34880 .We buy one year maintence .I want to know whether we can upgrade the Nagios XI vertion
to the newest one.Thanks!

If you are a current customer, you should use the customer forums for a faster response. The best thing to do in this case would be to email [email protected] as they handle all account issues.
If your maintenance is current, then you will be able to upgrade, but with a system that old, I would suggest upgrading in steps. Perhaps to 2014 first. You can access all of the old versions at https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... rsions.php
