Dear All,

I try install NagiosXI in My VMWare, by following below procedure https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... -Linux.pdf , but in the end I got below error, also I'm attach the install.log for your refference, please let me know what the mistake?

Installation step failed - exiting.
Check for error messages in the install log (install.log).

If you require assistance in resolving the issue, please include install.log
in your communications with Nagios XI technical support.

The script that failed was: './1-prereqs'

Officially, CentOS and RHEL are the supported flavors of Linux. Per this article:
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=12

I would recommend using CentOS or RHEL as Ubuntu is not supported based on the above article.
