NagiosXI can't send emails.

Support,
Can you please help me troubleshoot why my NagiosXI server is not sending emails.
Can you please tell me where I can look for logs ?

This depends on how you have your email setup. Please send a screenshot of XI > Admin > Manage Email Settings. Do the test emails work?

Are notifications not being sent for one, many or all contacts?
Are you using sendmail or SMTP? If you were using sendmail, you would need to check "/var/log/maillog". If you were using SMTP, you would need to check "/usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/phpmailer.log".
