Audit my commands in Nagios XI

Post by nthaler »

I would like to run an Audit of the Commands in my XI system. We have migrated from various older nagios versions and I want to determine which Commands are actually in use/have services associated with them.

Is there way to do that?

No, there is no built in way to do that. You can find how the plugin is defined in /usr/local/nagios/etc/commands.cfg and compares those findings against the values in /usr/local/nagios/etc/services.

Just checking in since we have not heard from you in a while. Did @avandemore's post clear things up or has the issue otherwise been resolved?
