Fusion 4 - RC Issues

I am showing Fused servers failing authentication and when I go in to edit the server the URL is missing. I enter the Nagios XI URL, test the connection, get green checks, click Save. The problem is that when I go back into the Fused server set-up the URL is still missing. It seems the updates are not being saved.

Any ideas?
