Force Check not working for host

We have a host where "Force an immediate check" is not working. The host is up and pingable and no errors are thrown for the force check. Service checks are working fine, however, when attempting to force an immediate check on the host the "Last Check:" date/timestamp does not get updated and new values are not displayed for rta, lost, etc. Issue is only with this particular host. Any ideas on what else I can check?
Thanks

That seems to be pretty normal. Can you attempt a Force Check again, then generate a fresh profile and PM that to me as well?

Please include the zip file in your response.

You should consider upgrading Nagios XI. You are missing important security and functionality updates.
Does it work if you use the Nagios Core interface?

What is the full output from the following?
Code: Select all
# /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

You could just past the output in a code block and scrub sensitive info. Please put the output in a code block. The "Code" button is the fifth from the left on the post input screen (between Quote and List).
Are you able to upgrade? Here are instructions, unless you are using the offline:
