Access to change threshold from status scree for user login

Is there a XI component that provides non-admin users access to change threshold values for service check command from the status screen.

If you click on the user you want at http://YOURSERVER/nagiosxi/admin/users.php you should be able to set them to "Can (re)configure hosts and services:"
