Upgrade to XI 5.4.6 lost all license information

I upgraded our XI from 5.4.5 to 5.4.6 today and on login I was alerted we were now in a 180 day trial mode. Upon inspecting the License Information screen I see that both our license key and Enterprise key are both completely missing and we're now in 180 trials for both.
