Host down,status usage:unknown but service checks are ok

Hi,
I have to use nagiosxi to monitor windows servers.
 My problem is the following:
The host configured result in down, but the check is ok and
Under status information is indicated Usage: without results.
Could you give me a support?

Depending on the types of checks you have set up, it is possible for the host to appear down while its services appear up. This is most common when the host check is a ping and the host is configured to not respond to pings, or a firewall is blocking them.
