While following directions on https://repo.nagios.com/ on both CentOS 6 and 7 installations the following behavior is observed.

CENTOS/RHEL 6

rpm -Uvh https://repo.nagios.com/nagios/6/nagios ... noarch.rpm
yum install nagiosxi -y

CENTOS/RHEL 7

rpm -Uvh https://repo.nagios.com/nagios/7/nagios ... noarch.rpm
yum install nagiosxi -y

After running the commands, installation of Nagiosxi version 4.4 is installed even though version 4.6 exists on the http://repo.nagios.com directory:

It appears that the createrepo command needs to be re-run on the nagios site.

We are looking in to the issue with the repo being out of date. It should be rebuilt soon so check back tomorrow to see if you can get the newer version of XI to install.
