Unexpected EOF from the server while setting up MSSQL Server

Hello,
Receivd the below error for all the services after set up a host to monitor a MS SQL server 2008 by using the wizard.
Your help would be much appreciated.

SQL Server version

Note : the password do have special characters such as (;>>, but its working for other hosts and services
