While trying to export report for queries the PDF exported contains no reports and has "error" marked on it.

Can you login to the NNA server as root and run the following command. Then login to the NNA GUI and try and export the report as a PDF file, and if you see any errors in the screen running the tail command, post them here so we can view them.
