Nagios web interface is running only on some computers

Hello, sorry for my english translator. I have a small problem with nagios which works without problems, but in the web interface in some computers not at all it is not possible to access the web interface in the home page shows not running and for example go to services Whoops Error: Could not Read object configuration data.
I explain: in the browser I have installed nagios
http://192.168.x.xxx I see without problems deamon running whit pid xxxx, in the computer of my boss in the same network and other users also see it without problems, but in my computer Of windows I can not throw me is not running to another user it happens the same we use windows 7 everything, I do not know that in some computers I can see the web interface well and in others I can not

Hello h4doukeeN, from your PC which can't access the web interface, are you able to ping the Nagios server?

Yes, server responds to ping

Extra information: I am working under a domain, it could be some configuration of active directory that does not let me enter with some users.

Just a hunch...
Can you run ipconfig /all from a PC that is able to access the Web GUI and from one that isn't?

Tests performed on the same host but with different users (same ip proxy etc) supposedly checked active directory and ip permissions and both are identical

Ok, thank you very much for the help I will be attentive since I can not find the solution by any means
