Firewall Ports

Good morning,
I have googled the answer to this question with only partial answers. I am looking to monitor CentOS, Windows and VMWare (esx and vcenter along with all VM's). My environment is secure and in order to monitor said devices I will have to open up my firewall. From what I have gathered, I needed to open the following ports:

port 21
port 22
port 80
port 443
port 5666 and 5667

Are there any other ports that I should have my firewall team open?
