Not able monitor self created service.

Hi,

I have try to monitor service in windows R2 server but getting error

IVP Schedular Service Critical 10s 1/5 2017-08-17 07:00:11 IVP: Not found
this is our custom service

if i have try to monitor windows default service then is it work for us.

Please suggest.

Hello ivp2015,

We would need more information about your custom service. If the windows default service is working as expected, I would expect there is an issue with your custom check or it's definition.
