Power users and CCM

Post by jorgeaaq »

I just create several power-users with all the permissions as user ( except that are not admins)

Security Settings
Authorization Level: user
Can see all objects: x
Can (re)configure hosts and services: x
Can control all objects: x
Can see/control monitoring engine: x
Can access advanced features: x

but when i use this User and try to enter Configure - Core Config Manager

appears a window with legend

"Nagios CCM Login"

What I am missing?

how correct this?

I found that in CCM there is a diferent user database... I need to manually add the users there?

even when I add the user , the window still appears and I need to type credentials again ... this is how this works? or I miss something

thanks in advance

Yes, only Admins have auto-login capability to the CCM. You need to create a separate CCM user for each non-admin user you want to be able to login.
