Nagios cannot reach host but pc can

I have a linux IP phone. I can ping it from my pc but Nagios reports it's down. Please view the attachment for the detail. they are in same network.
any idea?

Go to Config -> Core Config Manager -> Hosts -> 192.168.33.251 -> Edit

In the Address field, remove everything except

Code: Select all

192.168.33.251

Save
Apply Configuration
