Team,
I have configured maps in my nagios dashboard.
But Im not clear about the data its trying to provide .
As you see in the screen shot, my USA map shows number hits in every region but my global map shows different value. Can you explain me what values are both the maps trying to show because both the values are not similar.

Re: Better apache dashboard explanation
They are going to give a proportional estimate based on the Max Points value you have specified in the settings.
Re: Better apache dashboard explanation
Since my value has been set to 1000 it means that it shows a proportional value of 1000* X in world map is that right?
If the number shown in particular region is 512 is the number hits going to be 500*1000??
Can you please explain more on this?

Re: Better apache dashboard explanation
If there are more entries that 1000 then it will limit to 1000 entries and try to spread them out proportional.,
If there is less than 1000 all will be displayed
also would be possible there is something wrong with the eventman cron

Code: Select all
tail -f /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/eventman.log
