Hi
i have an estrange problem
I have 3 contacts in a group
when a notification is generated, in nagios log appear:

3 service notifications to 3 contacts
but in postfix logs
only appear 2 mails to contacts

and i do not found how debug this to understand why only two mails are generated
can someone help me ??

You need to login as the user that isn't getting notified (Admin -> Manage Users -> Masquerade As), click their username (upper right)
Verify email address is set
Then under "Notification Preferences" verify Enable notifications and other boxes checked
Then under "Notification Methods" verify Receive alerts via email. is checked
