I received help a while ago with connecting one of our wall boards to the noc page. You can see the background in the post linked below. The method of using the ticket at the end of the URL no longer appears to work after a recent upgrade. I see they say to use the REST API but I have been unsuccessful so far trying to get that working. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
