Nagios XI Ticketing System - New Ticket

Is there an issue with the Nagios ticketing system? I've tried to open a ticket in Chrome and IE, and it simply doesn't work. No pop-ups, no errors, just click and nothing happens. Am I missing a plug-in or something here?

When you log into this forum website do you see Support Center up on top?

Type in a question, and see if any of the results answer your question.

Yeah, it doesn't. I just want to open a support ticket. What do I have to do to open a ticket and talk to an engineer in support?

I know it might be a pain, but can you screenshot the steps you are taking to create a ticket? I can confirm there are no tickets under your username, but we aren't seeing any specific issues with ticket creation and others are coming in just fine.

Do you have any sort of script-blockers, or other security addons enabled? Possibly something in your GPO if this is affecting multiple browsers.
