New Feature Request - Enable Regexp on all search boxes

Hello, I'd like to request for enablement of regex searches on all searchboxes throughout the app. A sample place where I'd want this to be implemented is attached herewith.

Thanks for sharing, there currently is a feature request for this under internal task_id=7233

With the possibility of a bonus use for wildcards.
