How can we modify text notification message to html notification in NagiosXI ?

Hello, @linearstack. It is possible to use html formatting inside the notification message templates. Otherwise, you could use one of the plugins from the exchange to send html alerts. Take a look here: https://exchange.nagios.org/index.php?o ... ml%20alert
