Monitor server 2012 R2 failover cluster

I'm looking to monitor my Failover Cluster.
Will appreciate to get some directions.

but no description on how to make it work.

it is a powershell script you would need to execute it through an agent like NCPA or NSClient++

It looks like there are no arguments.
