License offline activation

License offline activation

I do not have internet access on my Nagios XI Server or my Nagios Log Server. How do I activate my licenses?

You can go to https://www.nagios.com/activate/ to get an activation key to enter into NLS.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

The solution to activate is to type in the server IP address for offline servers. What if this is an absolutely unacceptable option for us to provide you with our server IP's? What other alternative do we have to license our servers?

There is not an alternative. The IP is needed to generate a key.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
