Email configuration issue

Hello,

I'm trying to configure an external SMTP service for outgoing email. I go to Admin > Mail Settings and change it from PHP Mail to SMTP Server, then enter in all of my connection information. I click test and it says "The email was sent successfully to..(me)", although I never receive it. Then I click Save and it claims to have saved it. However, if I go back to Admin > Mail Settings, it's back to PHP Mail and my SMTP changes aren't there. Any ideas what might be going on?

Hi, @emarmonti.
What version of the Log Server are you currently using? Please try selecting the SMTP server one more time, and after it goes away please send us the system profile.
Admin -> System Status -> Download System Profile.
