Update hangs

I saw that my Nagios install was complaining it couldn't check for updates. Went in and configured proxy to allow it to get out to the Internet, and it said "An update is available".

I clicked on the update button, and now it just is spinning, (See screenshot, attached) It's been spinning for about 2-3 hours now, and when I look at a process table on the server, i don't see any real indication it's doing anything.

How can I best troubleshoot this?

When the upgrade is ran, it will log it's progress, can you post the following file so we can check it for errors?

Can you manually upgrade XI by following this KB article?

That file doesn't exist. It apparently didn't get that far.

I'll try the manual update when I have a chance and report back
