everytime i am deleting the entries but still it is showing the same errors.

Are you deleting them through the XI web UI or through the file?

I am deleting in the file as i couldn't delete them through XI.

Out of curiosity, why couldn't you delete them is XI? Did you get an error?

The proper way, would be to go to
Config -> Core Config Manager -> Contacts -> Delete

If you don't drmove them through XI they will be re-created when the config is applied.
